No Goats Barred at Somerset

The two clubs were drawn together in the 3rd round of the Scottish Qualifying Cup with Thornhill arriving at Somerset Park with a goat.

The mascot proved not so lucky as a rampant Ayr United side ran out 7-2 winners with Charlie Phillips scoring a hat trick before retiring in the second half.
